If the sight is covered by warranty, we will repair it and send
it back free of charge.
If the sight is still under warranty but Aimpoint determines that
the defect of your product is not covered by the warranty, you will be
contacted with an estimate of repair cost for your approval.
Notice that the warranty is limited to the original owner and is
not transferable. A copy of the original receipt showing date of
purchase must accompany any warranty claim.
The warranty is valid provided that the sight has not been
misused, disassembled or tampered with in any way. Any attempt to
disassemble or repair the product will void the warranty.
If the sight is not under warranty anymore, the owner will incur
all costs associated with the repair and the shipment of the product.
You will be contacted with an estimate of cost for your approval.
If returning the sight, please include your name, complete
address, phone number / e-mail address and a copy of your dated sales
receipt and a complete explanation of the problem.
